The KBP WireWorks Wireless Sensor Network was designed to be modular for ease of Field Repair. Our first iteration was made to group different areas of your plant to one node, and have it communicate back to you existing autodialer setup. With our 7+ years of operations and maintenance experience in the Water and Wastewater industry, we know the pain of having to trench hundred of feet from a clarifier to the autodialer to catch VFD faults. This system allows you to mount a small box in the area of where you need you signal sent from, and have it connect to your autodialer at long distances. We have tested non line of sight communications up to 1000’ away.

With our modular design, we plan on adding LTE and 5G support to allow for text and email communications, as well as slack and other intergrations. Our partnership with Gen Fleet Solutions has us developing a generator monitoring system with will be supported on the same platform with a simple firmware update.
